What's the difference between pre-order and in-stock gifts?

In-stock gifts are ready to go: you pay at checkout and we prepare them within 2–3 days. Gifts marked Pre-Order Only are prepared for the delivery date you choose, and you only pay once our team has approved your pre-order.

How does a pre-order work?

Choose your gift, quantity and delivery date, then send your pre-order from the cart. Our team reviews it within 2–3 days and emails you an invoice once it's approved. Pay within 5 days of approval to confirm it, and we'll deliver on your chosen date, free of charge.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Singapore addresses only.

How long does delivery take?

Pre-orders arrive on the date you chose. In-stock orders take 2–3 days to prepare, then 1–3 working days with Express delivery or 4–6 working days with Standard delivery.

Can I choose my own delivery date?

Yes. Pre-orders are delivered on the date you choose. For in-stock gifts, pick Custom Delivery Date in the delivery step and choose any date from the earliest one shown.

How does personalisation work?

Add your message to a card or have it printed on the box, both in gold foil. Messages can be up to 30 characters, so names and a date work best, for example “Jane & Jon - 14.11.2026”. We print exactly what you enter, so please check the spelling.
